Health Insurance for Seasonal Park Rangers

Most park rangers begin their careers as seasonal employees.

Unfortunately, the National Park Service doesn’t offer health insurance for seasonal employees.

Enter the Association for National Park Rangers (ANPR).

The ANPR is now offering affordable health insurance for seasonal park rangers — actually any seasonal employee.

The Association of National Park Ranger (ANPR) recently sent the following email message to it’s members regarding their new health insurance program:

The Association of National Park Rangers now offers an affordable health insurance plan for its members, particularly seasonal workers and other people who don't have insurance benefits through their employers.

Enrollment forms are available through ANPR's business office.

Please e-mail fordedit@aol.com to request a packet in the mail.

List ANPR Health Insurance in the subject line, and provide your name and full address.

The Aetna PPO Affordable Health ChoicesSM is available to any ANPR member, plus spouses and families.

Coverage will be effective on the first day of the month following your enrollment.
